This van is approx 25ft long including drawbar. It is 22ft6in inside.

The van is in excellent condition. The van has not been towed apart from the original delivery from Newcastle. The van has been onsite in Caravan Park since new. At the moment the van is unregistered, we do have the rego papers.

The inside of the van is immaculate. We have had mains water toilet installed.

This van is perfect for People to either live in or to tow.
