Selling because I'm moving back to the UK in May. Value of the van is in the professional camper fit out and vehicle durability. I've left the van interiors and paint "as-is", assumption being it is either fun reno job for buyer to choose their own interiors, curtains etc, and do up the paint job their way for long term value, or for backpackers good travelling and happy with the look condition!
Condition Report:
The brakes shoes need replaced as per condition report I've left it to the buyer as can likely get it done cheaper than what was quoted. Sale price adjustable accordingly. Van is great apart from that no rust, good engine, tyres, compression etc all checked.
Window washer the "squirty motor" is pants doesn't matter if you're driving forward; wipers are fine.
Boot lock fixed
"Suggest monitor" just means minor issue, keep an eye out at next service
Brakepads must be replaced b4 you head off to the Northern Territory haven't had any problems in day-to-day use est cost is $595 so can negotiate on price :-)
