Very regret sale of my lovely caravan. Her original owners had her for 34 years. All she did was one 200 km trip year and was always garaged. bought her in 2018 and totally overhauled her mechanically. Her external paintwork is great and there's no dents. She has new axle and everything relating to it! So you can be assured that she is 100% mechanically and structurally safe. * NEW axle, suspension, electric brakes, rims and light truck tyres.* NEW heavy duty stabiliser legs* Dometic rollout awning* Full annex with big gazebo windows* Privacy screens for awning* TV antenna plus cords* Wheel chock leveller* Roofs stays x2 and gutter x4* Dometic way fridge/freezer* Caravan cover (slightly ripped)* Drinking hose (with storage bag)* Waste hose (with storage bag)* 12v wired to the fridge and lights (I never got batteries connected) Absolutely no leaks (we've had her in quite significant rainstorms and she's held up perfectly). Can easily fit adults and children while still keeping the dining table. Or you can put the dining table down and add an insert (included) to make the table into an additional bed suitable for child. She has ridiculous amount of storage space. You can store bigger and longer items under the double bed. All the seating and the lower single bed has storage accessible from the top as well as the side. There is pull out pantry under the benchtop. There's also another pantry that will hold all your pots and pans etc. The overhead cupboards store lot more than you think! storage box at the front has all the poles and attachments for the full annex (the original owners used it twice, I've never even taken it out the bag). This is the perfect van for family wanting to go caravanning without the extremely hefty price tag of the new fancy vans. It's an older van but it is structurally and mechanically perfect. So your not inheriting poor axles and big mechanical repair bills that lot of older vans have. The van has mains water connection and mains water tap at the front door, which is great for washing off sandy feet before you go into the caravan. The two newer windows have tinting to give full privacy during the day. The bigger window has protective 100% shade cloth over it. This can be pulled out to allow air flow in as well as sun protection. Or it could be taken off completely. When all of the mechanical work with complete CIL Insurance sent out an assessor who valued the van at $14,900. This did not include the evaluation for the awning, full annexe or any of the extras. The caravan is located in Canberra. If you're from interstate I'm happy for you to get any mechanical inspection you like. All user manuals and warranty paperwork and receipts from work done are included.
