I have owned this van for years and in this period have made number of improvements. The wheel bearings have all been professionally replaced as have all the brake assemblies and tyres. The front vinyl covering of the van has been completely replaced as the original was suffering from UV damage. The van is in very well appointed, it has leather club lounge where the table has been removed for additional space and easy access (the table is available and can be refitted with single central bolt if required). There is Queen size bed (which can be extended with mattress insert if req’d) with lift up storage and an unusually large triple wardrobe space in addition to the standard bedside and overhead cupboards. privacy curtain has been installed to separate the bedroom area.The mid section kitchen area contains oven (gas) with bench top hot plates one electric), sink, standard size fridge/freezer (gas/electric), microwave and washing machine. There is mains/12 volt TV and radio DVD player with roof mounted speakers and external extension speakers. The reverse cycle A.C. unit is centrally mounted and will keep you cool even in the hottest weather.The bathroom area contains corner sink, shower and cassette toilet.Outside there is large awning, access to full width storage compartment at the rear and additional under seat storage. The boot at the front of the van houses the 120AH battery, charging units, adjustable battery protector and digital voltmeter.There are two large isolatable water tanks with separate fillers that will hold weeks supply of fresh water; there is also an outside tap.There are front mounted gas bottles and spare wheels mounted on the rear for easy access.Please message me for further information and for making viewing appointment, we are situated near Woodburn/ Evans Head.
