MY HOME FOR THE LAST 10YEARS.   MUST MOVE AND CAN'T TAKE IT WITH ME.

A spacious caravan, potential for granny flat, live in whileyou build, on-site holiday home or site office.
             
This 26 ft ft  (7.92 2.74m)  tri-axle Glendale Glen Manor caravan from the1980's is not road registered and has been set up on stumps. It's completelycovered by steel roof and has separate module for the bathroom, accessiblevia back door of the van or door via the deck. Wired for 240 and uses 12vhalogen downlights where possible. Plumbing has water incoming to an externalLPG heater which services kitchen and bathroom. There are no connections tosewerage and the bathroom has porta-potty.The interior of the caravan has been fully refurbished by acraftsman and only premium materials have been used, such as 'Corion' kitchenbench top. There is small flip-up breakfast table attached. The kitchen alsohas burner LPG stove top, extractor, stainless steel sink and ample storagecupboards. There's good sized pantry cupboard, fridge is included, but notthe microwave.In the bedroom there’scurrently single bed, but there’s room for 'caravan double', and the livingarea would have room for fold-out sofa bed if need be.

Photographs provided are from before moved in, so it's had10 years of living by an old bloke and his dog, so has normal wear, but is stillin very good condition. Some halogen lights will need replacing. Comes with allcurtains but not wall pictures.

AUCTION IS FOR THE CARAVAN ONLY, BUT THE WHOLE SET-UP AS YOU SEE IT, INCLUDING ROOF, DECK ANDBATHROOM MODULE, CAN ALSO BE TAKEN.BUYER MUST REMOVE CARAVAN WITHIN DAYS AFTER WINNING BID.
THE CARAVAN CAN'T BE TOWED AS IT’S NOT REGISTERED AND NEEDSTO BE MOVED ON LOW LOADER OR LARGE TILT TRAY MOVER.
