Super cute, retro 1972 22' Bungalow RV camper, travel trailer great for college student or tiny house for single person.
So much has been done to this travel trailer!  We were remodeling it for tiny home for our daughter but didn't quite finish because she decided to get married.  
We gutted this rv and were about 90% done when we stopped working on it.

Here is what we did:
roof was scraped and pressure washed and resealed
all windows were removed and resealed
gutted, replaced all damaged floor joists, ceiling joists and wall studs (all interior structural damage has been fixed very well)
no known leaks and all was sealed off well
repainted outside
new skylight was installed
new insulation
ceiling was reinforced around air conditioner hole
removed water tank, 12v system and propane system
reworked all electrical to be only 110vready to hook to electrical cord and water hose
new pex was installed for all waterlines
new paneling
new laminate flooring
box for bed in place (needs mattress)
some new light fixtures in place (others are wired but need fixtures)
inside has been painted stained
includes convection oven with stove top
includes table with chairs
includes standard household toilet (needs to be set in place)

Here is what needs to be done:
ready for tankless waterheater
has no air conditioner/heater but it ready for it
need some minor trim work/painting
needs water fixtures and toilet set, some minor plumbing
needs tub surround

If you are just going to move this from our place to yours you just need daily travel trailer permit but not title or registration.
If you want to travel with it you will need to register it which requires title.
We have an old title on this and bonded title would have to be applied for to title it.  I do not know what this trailer weighs but if it is under 4000 lbs (which we think it *most likely* is) it is simple process and not very expensive.
