It  has nice layout that small family could camp for week but still not crowd each other. It has all the amenities that you would want. way Refrigerator, A/C, Heat furnace, and fully self contained system of grey, fresh and black water. There is small soft spot on the floor about 1/2' diameter right by the dinette table. Also soft floor in the front storage area. would not bother repairing, id just camp with it the way it is.
