   Beautiful 2012 23′ International Signature Series CCD, LOADED with factory options and extras being offered at NO Reserve. 80th Anniversary badging, and an AWESOME floor plan with front queen bed- hard to find. The CCD was designed by Christopher C. Deam and this Signature series is absolutely gorgeous. The interior colors, recessed lighting, backlit cabinets, and polished aluminum walls make this amazing little trailer seem more like modern art sculpture than an RV. It is very unique and modern design (see close-up pics for actual color of cabinetry, sometimes it looks almost black in pictures, but it’s actually really neat/rich variegated color). Airstream thought of just about everything in their trailers, but still kept this one under 4800 pounds (empty) so it’s easy to tow with lots of today’s more economical vehicles, no need for big gas-guzzler to tow this little beauty- this is GREAT size and floor-plan, and you have the safety of double-axle with tires on the ground.    This trailer is very nicely equipped from the factory, and also has LOTS of neat extras; Electric hitch jack, front Stainless Steel Rock Guards, Propane Tank Cover, 2 “Fantastic” Vent/Fans w/Rain Sensors and thermostat, front under-belly mounted spare tire bracket with spare, "Zip Dee" awning, Premium Audio/Video Package W/LED HD TV, AM/FM Tuner Amplifier/Digital Media Player w/Integrated Tune Tray Controls Display for iPod/MP3, External USB Input, Slim-line BluRay DVD/CD Player, pr 6.5" Way Speakers Active Subwoofer- 100 Watt. Main ceiling lights in bedroom and galley have dimmer switches, which is very nice. 3-Burner cook-top, Microwave and deep basin SS sink. Large rear bathroom with SS sink, shower with bench and glass door, upgraded “Dometic” fine china toilet, etc. This floor plan is great, it has LOT of storage, the main/front queen bed measures 75" 60", the dinette also folds into bed (74″ 40″) please see pictures. This trailer has only made handful of trips, still has its original/factory Goodyear Marathon tires on it (with excellent tread, and no cracking etc), it was mainly used for going from owner’s homes in AZ and OR, and was stored inside or under carport when not in use.    Owner had it professionally Walbernized (wax for Airstreams) annually, so the clear-coat is beautiful, and this coach has very low miles – she’s beauty. If you look closely at the pictures of the right (door side) rear of the coach, you can see the only "issue" worth mentioning. Just after purchasing, the owner was backing it up and caught tree branch, it made dent about the size of the palm of hand or so, it didn't penetrate the aluminum or anything, but he took it somewhere and they tried to get it out, ended up messing up the clear-coat over it, so now it has piece of vinyl (the kind they use for signs, stripes, etc on cars) over it to more closely match the aluminum/clear-coat color and hide the dent, it really doesn't draw the eye, but you can see it in person or if it's pointed out, I'd be happy to send you close-ups from various angles. Aside from that, this coach is in amazing condition, it is as clean as they come. Owner was meticulous and it still smells new, never cooked in it, NEVER smoked in and NO pets. Comes with custom Airstream "Fiamma" bike rack, books, manuals, remotes, and its "Equil-I-Zer" brand 4-Point sway control hitch/ball mount, etc and is ready to hit the road. NOT by choice, but because here in the great state of AZ if you buy/sell more than vehicles (of any kind) in any 12 month period, you have to get license. am in real estate, but also classic car and Airstream nut, also have ranch, horses, trailers, etc... let's just say bought and sold few too many for the state's liking, and due to the fact that they need revenue desperately- they decided to fine me when sold few more that what I'm "allowed", long story short- jumped through all of their hoops and got my license. Full payment is due within days of the auction's end, and the coach must be picked up within 15 days of payment (unless other arrangements have been made). Certified funds, cash in person or bank wire-transfer only. Payments MUST clear before the RV leaves my sight. There are no "title fees" or "doc fees" like the typical dealers have because as far as can tell, that's just way to get an extra couple hundred dollars from someone, here in AZ it costs me $15.00 to get temporary registration so that buyer can drive home legally and $4.00 for title, think can handle that.
