bought the unit and have used it on my own property.   The unit has never been titled. have upgraded the TV (larger then in the photos), installed 2nd battery and inverter so you can use 110 off of batteries and an electric tongue jack.  In addition, have 2nd table for the trailer.  If you are not converting the table to an extra bed, you can use the smaller table and it gives you more room.

The trailer is sold, as is, where is.   will not arrange delivery, but will assist if possible.   Local and or reasonable close delivery is possible available for charge.
