***NORESERVE***Pleasesee 50+ photo's at bottom of listing as these form part of the listing, click on photo and will open up in new page to photo holding site for albums, there are albums so scroll down this listing to access them allFiatDucatoSwiftKontiki berth Motorhome198666,000Miles1973ccPetrolMOTFEB 2020 (NoAdvisories)Taxed& Insured on the road and driving V5 Present and in my name.FixedDouble bed**Updatedinterior, Fiamma fitted awning, Large Fitted Roof box**LowMileage at 66,000 milesPlease read thedescription fully to get an overall picture of the motorhome, willbe as honest as possible and will probably be harsher then isrequired but would be far more happier to exceed your expectationsthan underwhelm and disappoint the winner, have included over 50 photos on this listing, if you need larger photos then any of the thumbnails ones please let me know and will send you originals. The bodywork of thevan(not the camper-body itself as this is separate and is attached tothe chassis) has had LOT of remedial cosmetic repairs doneover the last 33+ years not to the highest standard in theslightest and the photos really do flatter the condition at the endof the day this is mainly cosmetic and you could spend time doingremedial work if you were inclined to do so, the drivers side mirrorstalk has snapped at the top bracket, have zip-tied this and isstill functional, there is paint peeling on the side skirts and thebumpers mainly due to sun as well as some cosmetic repair needed onthe bumpers, there is some reasonably close coloured paint in thefront of the van as well as some self- adhesive stripes, will leavethese in the van for the new owner, the roof really could do withcleaning as haven't had the energy to get round to this.(There isalso large roof lock-box fitted to the roof) easy access to the roof is obtained by the factory fitted ladder.(The bodywork conditionhas NOT been MOT Issue passed the last one as is)The vehicle is on the roadand is indeed fully drivable but will probably benefit from fullservice, but starts on the first turn of the key and due tothe age of the vehicle it isn't all electric and is manually chokedwith no fuel injection etc.I have noticed that the windscreen wipershad stopped the other day and will require checking, may possiblyjust be fuse, brakes Hand break all seem fine and these wereall totally overhauled on the last MOT as can be seen on the failsheet on https://www.check-mot.service.gov.uk/all the work was obviously done as required at the last MOT at costof £700.I bought it years agowith view to living in full-time but after couple of months thought bigger Motorhome(7.5t) was better suited to my needs kept this one on site for 18months and used as holiday home and as it was not being drivenaround the brakes required the overhaul etc on the most recent MOT,it was always my intention to do up the camper and sell for the goingrate of these £4-5,000ish but have over the last year or so developed chronic health conditionswhich mean just really haven't got the energy to do it, so havedecided to let someone else benefit from their hard work. There is no power steeringon the vehicle and it can be really good workout at parking timebut don't notice this being an issue when driving normally, haveseen on various online forums of this type of van that it is quite an easyprocess of retro fitting electric power steering to these vans. The previous owner hadtaken out the shower and installed sink etc(this is untested)there is portable toilet inside this area as pictured, please notethere is leak somewhere in the bathroom area as pictured, there isno obvious area on the outside of the van which could be causingthis, no loose/missing screws, missing sealant or any damage etc, Ithink it may be coming from small void area where small approx 5mm diameter plug was installed and appears to be missing have filled hole with silicone as pictured, itseems to be coming from the side towards that corner, there is noevidence at all of it being roof height and the ceiling is unaffected you can see what height thewater level is from the interior photo, this area will requirere-doing Once located will just need some new ply in the corner probably small section of 3mm and some MDF board under the window, not huge job with great expense but really not job for me. There is fixeddouble bed with large amount of storage underneath, in-fact the whole space under the bed is storage capable, few incidentalmarks on the mattress, there are lot of both 12v 240v lightsfitted, most of these have been tested working and you can see somein the photo's couple are not working and possibly just need bulbs, there are skylights One in the centre of the van and One above thedouble bed above the cab, One in the toilet, there are fewshelves that were on the toilet/shower-room wall, the fittings areall there for re-attaching to the wall once the repairs are done, there is Cascade hot water heater and Carver gas heater fittedalso on-board water tanks and blow heating system as well, havegenuinely not tested any of these at all and cannot say either wayif working or not but was told they were fully operational onpurchasing, there is an Electrolux 3-way fridge freezer, have hadworking on both 12v 240v site power but have not checked thegas possibility but the electric ignition for the gas appears to beoperational, there is gas hob grill these both worked lasttime used(gas bottle included but is now empty) there is gas ovenfitted, haven't used nor have tried/needed to use, there is anearly new microwave included as pictured and just used that whenon site, the “Whale” water system can be seen working in thepictures and is included as well as 240v plug in site cable, allelectrical sockets seem to be working of which there are plenty, there is caravan aerial which has an electrical junction box whichlights up but have never tested etc, there is 32” Samsung TVpictured and will leave this in the van if the price goes above £2000and have only used with the laptop etc as pictured and works as itshould, there is small leisure battery fitted in the engine compartment, there is space to install larger one in the base of the dining part seating, there is reversing camera fitted have had this working up until disconnected the batteries and removed the fuse/wire that was retrofitted to the battery, shouldn't be hard job just to replace that fuse/wire etc, All blinds work as theyshould with options of the netting or black-out portions, thelounge/dining area window has very small hole in the outer doubleglazed part from stone chip, have drilled small hole at thebase of the outer window to let out any rain that may have gotten in,this does not affect the internal camper and no moisture gets in, itis merely cosmetic but worth mentioning, comes with the Fiammaawning, can't remember ever using this but all should be fine andas you can see from the photo of the bed all Leg fixings/Winding handle for this arethere. There is as mentioned a(fixed) double bed the dining table breaks down and becomes anotherdouble bed, there is also double bed above the driving area, thisis made up of two separate pieces and can be placed on-top of eachother to make more cab space, there is curtain that slides fully across, in the front there are two captain typechairs with retractable arms(as pictured) the material isn't in thebest condition but is usable as is, the carpet has been replacedrecently and was very crudely put down by myself, there are areaswhere the previous carpet is still down under the bed mainly but dueto the fact it got very unsightly very quickly being cream(of allcolours!!) felt it best to do, there are lot of storage cupboardsI have left some pots and pans and some cutlery in the draws, there is some ancient staining to the fabric ceiling, was told it was dueto steam from previous cooking etc, nothing is recent(last years) and it's notoverly concern as standing out but deserves to be mentioned, thereappears to be only the two front seat-belts but on the front seat isan extra one that could be retro-fitted in the back easily enough along with others if need be.I think have mentionedeverything worth mentioning but if you need further clarification onANYTHING!!! please let me know and will do my utmost to helpclarify for you.Vehicle is located in Exmouth 10 Miles/20 Mins from Exeter, Devon. Many thanks for lookingand sticking with it to this point(including the 2,000 word essay!) all ask is that if you win theauction you come collect in timely fashion pay cash, bankdeposit before pick up or bankers draft and please don't waste eachothers time, would ask that £100 non refundable deposit be paidwithin 24 hours of the auction finishing through paypal or othermeans TBD, just to safeguard the purchase please don't ask if Iwould send abroad or any other stupid questions as just wont answer them,it goes without saying that the vehicle is sold as-is with nowarranty No returns this is my own vehicle and am NOT Motor trader, believe have been as honest as can when listing butask if you're unsure on any aspect.
