No advisories on the last MOT and the 2019 MOT also had no advisories only stop light not working which was sorted straight away. It has been serviced regularly every year. The max kerb weight is 3200. The cam belt was changed at 64,220 miles. Forgot to mention there is table in the wardrobe, fire extinguishers, fire blanket and first aid kit. The main door also has separate rigid fly screen, so you can have the door open with the fly screen closed. On 04-Apr-21 at 13:05:26 BST, seller added the following information:Some further questions have been asked which was not on the listing.Behind the rear number plate is storage area which contains the spare tyre in excellent condition together with yellow levelling blocks and chugs which we are leaving.
All the tyres are in excellent condition and are Mitchelin camping tyres.
The air condition mentioned is not in the cab but is the cold air blown around the van together with 12v vent which blows cold air in or takes the warm air out.
I have been asked about mileage and we have always got around 28 to 30 as we never race it and we do about 60 to 65mph. But we have had about 35mpg abroad on the motorways as the roads are better than ours and flatter, where you go. We have been to the South of France, Germany, Belgium, Holland and all over the UK. We would have no worries getting going abroad in it now. The van has not been used sinceDecember 2019 due to lock down and we have checked cooker, fridge, waterheater, gas fire, taps, toilet flush and everything works fine and can be seen working if anyone wants to view.
The only problems we have had was with bit of damp on the rear nearside window coupleof years ago, but we had the window taken out and wood etc renewed and put backand not had any problems since.
We had problem with the fridge not lighting on gas in 2019 and we hadthe burner replaced and its been fine since.
I have original manuals for all the appliances and the motorhome has been keptin secure storage unit under cover for the last years.
The door is one piece but it does have separate full size fly screen doorwhich is independent of the main door so you can keep the main door open andleave the flyscreen closed. On 06-Apr-21 at 22:15:12 BST, seller added the following information:I have had questions regarding rear seat belts there are no rear seat belts as it was not compulsory when it was made so they were never fitted, so we did not bother as when travelling it was mostly just us but if we went with family or friends we always sat on the side way seats. assume they could be fitted but we just never thought about it and due to its age its not legal requirement. Sorry should have mentioned it but did not even think about it.
