2009 Chausson "Flash 09" Ford Transit Motorhome
We are reluctantly selling our 6-berth coach-built motorhome, which has been great fun but just doesn't get enough use, at the moment. We have loved the space and comfort of the permanent berths (and just leave the beds made up, with their memory foam toppers) plus the tables and seating for in the living area. 
Kitchen includes 3-burner hob (with glass hinged 'worktop'), sink and Thetford grill/oven (new years ago) and, most importantly, full size Thetford fridge. We have Truma gas boiler and hot air heating in the living area along. For travelling, the living area includes two forward facing 3-point seat belts and rear facing lap belts. Spacious WC includes large shower, sink, storage, vanity unit and Thetford toilet. 
Plenty of lighting in the living area and for each of the beds as well as UK-style plug sockets in the rear and in the Luton bed area. This also has 12v socket. (There's also Vision Plus Status 530 TV and radio antenna, but have never used this and make no claims as to whether it works!). Loads of storage, with large wardrobe, high level cupboards and under the sink. 
At the rear, we have 4-bike Fiamma rack and large garage, which can be extended by folding up the lower bunk. On the side is Bullfinch gas point for your BBQ.
The driver has powerful Ford motor and car-like 6-speed manual gearbox; along with driver and passenger airbags; radio/cd; aircon and the essential reversing camera. Includes electric windows; electric mirrors. In all, find her surprisingly easy to drive and has all the power need.
The windows all open and have insect screens and black-out blinds. There are opening skylights with insect screens.
Habitation check was done last week by Habcheck. She has only done just over 27k miles and was recently serviced by Hendy Ford. The MOT is from May. new tyres were fitted last year. No outstanding finance on the vehicle. 
She is 3850kg in weight and requires Cat licence. So, if you took your test before Jan 1997 you should have this on your licence and be OK, otherwise you need another test. The motorhome is classified as Private HGV weighing more than 3,500kg and so the annual Vehicle Tax is currently £165. This runs out in June 2020. 
She is approx. 7m long, 2.24m wide and 3m tall.
As for gas, use the blue Butane bottles but assume that one could also use the red Propane ones. In the external, lockable gas locker there is space for two 7kg bottles. will include the fitted valve and pig tail in the sale.
