Welcome to my Auction for my 2009 VW Motorhome conversion, the bus was disabled access bus for London city transport bought it directly from them about months ago and set about converting it.
I removed the seats and access ramps all hand rails etc that wasn't needed for camper
Insulated the floor and installed raised hardwood ply floor throughout the living area 
the bus has fullsize double bed at the back of the bus with storage underneath accessible from the living area or the rear double doors also under here is the boiler, all the electrics and gas connections 
it has cupboards and drawers in the kitchen area sink made from vintage jam pan with drainage installed, Hot and cold water taps made from garden taps for chabby chic type feel we was going with on this build the worktop is made from scaffold boards joined together.
the toiler/shower wet room has Thetford c200 cassette toilet with electric flush and auto refill on the water tank on the toilet from the main fresh water tank, the shower is fed from the main tank and water pump through the carver water boiler which gas run on electricity or Gas 
there is way fridge installed at the front of the bus this can run or gas, 12 volt or 240v 
huge 300w solar panel on the roof goes through solar controller and charges the leisure battery to run the lighting and 12v items 
240V is installed on hookup system through consumer unit for safety there is plug sockets around the bus all connected for home appliances and the fridge when the hookup is connected 
there is carver water boiler installed these are well known and popular choice in campers it was bought used and parts are readily available for them 
12v water pump for the sink, toilet and shower is automatic so is activated without the need for micro switches
there are belted seats so can carry people legally and the table top is removable and the seating area can ne converted into small bed area for children it fits my and 12 year old
I also installed an awning rail to the outside of the bus so an awning can be used for extra space or sleeping compartment 
being bus has diesel heater installed from factory the bus doesn't have to running to use this it gets the bus lovely and toasty and super cheap to run ar 0.1 litres per hour! this is fed from the main diesel tank, also has full air conditioning for the living area not just the driver and this blows COLD so no sweating in here 
it also has CCTV install front and rear and cams inside the bus these record 24 hours day and can be downloaded also has reversing camera 
the Bus has air suspension so can kneel for easy access and self level this works perfectly and drives super smooth
Its an automatic and is easy to drive and it is 3.5 tonne so can be driven on any car license 
the bus isn't completely finished though it is useable right now, the gas needs finishing hooking up and the 12v to the toilet all the pipes and wires are installed just needs connecting and testing will try and do this but im very busy at the moment hence selling as it just isn't going to get used 
I tinted all the windows for privacy and to keep the sun out the tint isn't to dark so it still lovely and bright inside 
Curtains installed 
12v Downlights run off the leisure battery and charge by the solar panel also has battery charger installed for when the hookup is connected.
The main cd player in the driver area plays through speakers throughout the bus ceiling.
the is small seating area next to the kitchen which lifts up for extra storage
Also has 26" Samsung TV installed wall mounted on swivel bracket.
I'm sure there is loads i've forgotten its going to be real shame to see it go but its waste just sitting on the driveway 
has around 90k miles on it which is really low for one of these engines and will put 12 months MOT on it for the new owner

It really needs to be viewed as its hard to describe everything its all hand made to measure and looks great as you can see in the pics as say its nearly finished so can be tweaked by the new owner and can offer advice 
bad points the bus has few scuffs and scrapes and needs polish to get rid of the London transport logos completely bus as you can see it looks nice and bright when clean.
