First a bit about us!We are small specialised camper van conversion company who sell our converted vans direct to the public and convert customers vehicles for them. Operating out of our dedicated workshop (public product liability insured) we work with our customers to provide the van of their dreams. We are true T5 camper van enthusiasts who are often to be found touring Europe in our own van so we have tried and tested our product!! We are happy for people to visit us at our workshop to see our current work in progress and talk all things camper van! All conversion work is undertaken by fully trained NVQ Level Qualified vehicle Technicians (Copy of Certificate’s available on request)We will collect and deliver to anywhere in mainland UK at cost price. Your vehicle will be covered on our insurance policy the whole time. We are located min from J9 on the M5. 
 

Specification of thisconversion·       ROOF The elevated roof will be installed (roof is infactory candy white, colour coding £190). All bare edges will becleaned, etch sealed with an acid etch primer and over coated with apolyurethane body adhesive to prevent any future corrosion issues. fullfront, rear and side steel strengthening support frame will be installed. Asstandard we install roof bed boards lined in the same carpet lining as theside of the campervan. This enables the campervan to sleep 4.·       WINDOWS We will fit N/S/F fixed window and an O/S/F Slideopening window by the cooker and sink area, barn door window and one n/s/r. These are black limo tinted windows (tint within the glass not the lowerstandard film tinted windows) If you would like additional windows fittedplease email for price. As with the roof all cut bare edges will be acid etchand PU sealed·       INTERIOR PREP All internal ply panels willbe removed and the whole inside of the vehicle will be vacuumed and thencleaned with body shop panel cleaner before insulation and lining is carriedout.·       INSULATION The vehicle will be fully insulated firstly withthermal foil and then with plastic hollow fibre insulation (we never use rockwool as it can rot and start to smell few years down the line) We will ensurethat all internal channels in the vehicle side construction are fully insulatedotherwise massive heat loss can occur. ·       CARPET LINING We will fully carpet lineyour vehicle in colour of your choice ·   FULL ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION- We will installed our standard T5 wiringloom in the vehicle, controlled by full Power Management System PMS (madeby bonus systems).240v hook up point fitted. We will fit 1x twin 240v powerpoint and 1x 12v power point inside the vehicle. We will fit 1x flexi LED striplight behind the driver’s seat (this can be used to illuminate the roof space)and 3x LED down lights on the passenger side and LED down lights on thedrivers. 110 amp high quality leisure battery will be installed with smart-com intelligent charging system that charges when the engine is running (andthe main vehicle battery is fully charged) so no chance of flat battery inthe morning!! The leisure battery is also charged when hooked up to 240v oncampsites via the power management system. All wiring is carried out withautomotive thin wall grade wire.·       FLOOR &COVERING- We have upgraded the floor to 12mm (we find that 9mm floorsare not sufficient) and cover it with hard wearing Altro floor covering in achoice of colours. All edges will be finished in alloy covering trims.·        FULL SIDE CONVERSION- It willinclude kitchen unit with cutlery compartments and large storage area, asmev combination sink and burner hob unit, with over kitchen storage unit.Wardrobe/ Cupboard unit with front door and rear doors. All the furniturein this conversion will be made from caravan/motorhome lightweight grade ply.We never use heavy, easy to damage chip wood, in our conversions. Full choiceof furniture colours are available.·       WAECO CR50 COMPRESSOR FRIDGE- Top of the range compressor fridge lasts 1-2 dayson charge.·      SEALED GAS LOCKER will beinstalled with drop out vent in the floor so any gas will escape out (gasis heavier than air) Comes with GAS SAFE cert.·       TABLE - Tableand sliding rail system. The table can be securely stowed behind the driver’sseat when not in use using the clips provided.·      SEAT &BED SYSTEM(WITH EEC CERTIFICATE- EC DIRECTIVE 76/115/EECFOR M1 LOADING) - sliding seat and bed system with point seatbelts secured to the undersideof the vehicle with steel supporting frame. The bed/seat will be upholsteredin INCA fabric to match the front seats, the bed/seat base will be boxed in tomatch the side units with rear access door·    VAN XCURTAINS Top of the range curtains in choice of colour
