Very much loved and used caravan.Has lots of life in it but will need some attention. Selling as need to pay my site fees. It is at caravan park in Pembrokeshire and will need collecting from there. Could be sited for £1000 year, worth an ask if you like west Wales:-). It is very old van and isn't new so please do not expect that. Some of the window arms don't work and have spares In  the van ready for someone  One of the legs Is nuisance to put down but being sited for few years few bricks came in handy to level the ground anyways. Has had the front end reboarded when purchased it, dry now. The side rail has been resealed and no longer leaks, wall is now dry but has came away  in the wardrobe, please see pictures. Floors are all good. The fridge and cooker work on electric as they should but not used on gas before. Comes with mains wire, water roller, gas bottle and spare wheel. new truma pump been fitted but the cover broke  on the outside and is now gaffa tape up, cosmetic. Water heater works the last time used it, this was while back as use the site sink to save emptying the water waste etc.The caravan hasn't been moved alot in few years so i'm unable to verify the brakes and all round stability. It has been moved times to different sides of the site, one of which was weeks ago and it towed and seemed okay. Viewing is accepted but notice is needed as it's on site in Pembroke, you can then make your own minds up as to safety etc. I'm not mechanic. It's dry and could be used as is and be towed short distance for sure but i'm not sure on any longer field as it's not been moved alot in few years. It's Worth The Asking Price For Parts Alone And These Are Quite Rare Now and Could Make Fair Amount. accept No Responsibility For Buying Without Accetaining The Safety Of The Caravan Before Towing. I've stayed In it for Nights this week. Taken More pictures, just ask. The caravan remained dry and comfortable and everything worked as It Should :-). Some cupboard arms need attention as they dont stsy up but thryare fixavle or replacements are cheap enough. Diesnt come with porta potty, never used the shower before. Cash on collection please. As eBay lusting and PayPal fees would make this too expensive because of the very low start price and best offer price to purchase. Comes with keys and they all work as they should.Any other information please ask.
