Here we have my converted campervan. bought it from building firm and have spent the last year off and on converting it. Medium wheel base so good to drive in comparison to the long ones! can only upload 12 photos, what you can not see is have left the left hand side of the van on the inside uncladded, was due to have window fitted here but am selling so no need now. The new owner can either have window fitted or fit pieces of cladding to complete the look of the rest of the van. Where the van is clad, have insulated and also placed vapour barrier.

Feature wise as you can see, removable table and leg to open the space out. Table top drops down to make the bed area. Width wise the bed is 1.6 meters wide and at its longest point meters long. Some of the cushions still need covering, again something was going to get to finishing. The seating cushions are inch firm foam, the back cushions are inch foam, which makes for nice bed. Under the cushions the seats are hinged for storage either side, the rear seating storage is gained through the back doors where the electrics are.

There is leisure battery which is year old from halfords, this is charged from the alternator via split charger, it feeds electrics to the fuse box. This currently provides power to the usb twin charge point, the interior led lights and to the tracker. The tracker works off sim card, currently used O2 payg and it works treat and its included. There is also 240 volt electric hook up.

Also included with the van is the pump action tap, sink, two tanks, clean and grey water, microwave 800w, campingaz burner, halfords 40 litre fridge which is both 12 volt and 240 volt, delongi heater and tillreda induction hob (never used).

Within the van there is also chemical toilet and the chemicals to go with it (very handy in an emergency during the night!) Access via sliding door to save on space.

Van itself has no issues mechanically, drives well, decent tyres, spare underneath, MOT till June 2020, V5 present along with other paperwork, sets of coded keys as well. Please note, this van has not been changed with DVLA to campervan status, for insurance purposes it will have to be declared as self build, used stavely head insurance.

Very sad to see the van go, genuine reason for sale.
