See also condition report' above.Van drives well and is currently used every day as our 'second car'.  We have two keys for it and it has central locking.Two adults can sleep on the double bed that is created when the table is stowed and the 'rock and roll' seats laid flat.  There is storage under these seats bed and open storage in the two  overhead 'luggage racks'.  Also storage in the roof box, which is accessed from inside through hatch, so you don't have to climb on the roof.  We keep pillows and sleeping bags in there when we are going on trip, and we keep clothes towels in the 'luggage racks'.There are belted seats.  We replaced the front bench seat with single so that you can easily walk through.  Our kids' high back booster car seats fit well on the seats (as did the car seats for years old).  The fifth seat can easily be unbolted (Unwin rails) for additional space.  It is insulated throughout and lined with soft 'carpet'. The van can sleep 4:  adults on the double and kids in 'cot beds. slung from fixing in the ceiling one in the cab and one just behind the cab.  See photos -the kids love these.  curtain separates the cab from the main body of the van.There are internal and external thermal window coverings for the cab, and blinds for the other windows.  The two rear windows have sliding windows fitted for additional ventilation these have roller blinds and fly screens.  The twin gas burners are work well and so does the gas grill.  calor gas canister (and spare) are stored externally in self draining locker.  Leveling chocks and electric hook up cable are included.
There is domestic battery that charges from the engine when running or the mains if plugged in.  If you leave lights on, it cannot drain the engine battery.  There are couple of 230V sockets inside for when you are hooked up, and these have USB chargers also.
LED strip lights inside give ample brightness when needed and also lesser lights for night trips for the kids in the back.  You can also pull the curtain across and put the blinds on for long night trips to let them sleep.     
There is slide on awning included and we have 'drive away awning' which itself is worth £100 and currently not included in this listing.....but potentially available by separate negotiation.It has diesel space heater which runs off the main diesel tank and this works really well.It has tow bar fitted.
Body condition: - it is an 18 year old van and it's body condition reflects this.  It was white so we painted with tinned Hammerite so it wasn't so garish. - the 2016 crash was an insurance write off we purchased it back from the insurer and had it professionally repaired but the body condition is far from perfect dents and scratches are everywhere.
Internally:It has few internal problems we are aware of all of which are very fixable by someone with bit of electrical and DIY interest know how.  My husband, who did all the conversion on this van, is currently tied up with house renovation and this is one of the reasons we are selling the van. - the fridge (mains and 12 volt) currently not working, and also sink with water pump works intermittently....but would not take much to fix.  There is an internal water tank about 24l capacity, with small sink under removable worktop. - the radio in the cab is currently not working (but there is one in the rear of the van which works). - the water pump to the sink tap is currently not working (minor electrical fix required). - the lock on the side sliding door is broken.  It broke within the last month but we still drive the vehicle with this door tied shut.  This lock needs replaced.  It is known weakness in Sprinter vans, and replacement locks can be purchased.- the tyres currently on the vehicle are fine in terms of condition and tread depth.We have spare tyre but that needs repaired.There is huge AC unit in the cab and rear passenger seats, which works, but this needs re-charged.  We are selling this vehicle in good faith because life has moved on, and have been honest about the condition.  It has served our young family and big Labrador really well, but it needs some time spent on it.  It was home fit-out but well laid out and functional in both summer and winter, it would suit someone with some good DIY skill to sort out the fixes.    Viewing is welcome by arrangement vehicle is located in Nairn, near Inverness.Payment is via PayPal within 48 days of the Auction closing (see also 'additional checkout instructions')Buyer would have to come and collect it from Nairn, near Inverness.
