am reluctantly selling my 2003 LDV Convoy minibus which is partially completed camper project. change of circumstances forces sale and no longer have use for the vehicle. purchased the minibus last summer and since then it has had lot of work done. The whole minibus has been stripped and any dodgy metalwork has been welded. New captains chairs have been fitted for both driver passenger. The roof has been stripped of carpet lining, it has been fully cleaned re-fibreglassed. have started to insulate the van add timber frame for plylining/cladding, but this can be removed easily. Two windows have been removed to allow for the area which was going to be kitchen so this allows room to run pipes/cables as required. Externally, panels have been welded in and professionally treated painted in the vans original colour. The van is mechanically sound and runs off LPG Petrol. With full LPG tank you can expect around 400 miles, ridiculously economical. It has full MOT and advisories issued last time have all been competed. great camper project for somebody who has the time to dedicate. will include all materials that have so far accumulated including timber, solar panels, charge controller, leisure batteries and dashcam/reversing camera.
Collection is from the Warwickshire area and it can be driven away providing you provide your own insurance/tax.
For the most part, the van is well sealed. There is slight issue with the side sliding door which does allow water ingress when it's raining I'm sure this could be rectified with either adjustment of the door or new seal.
