For sale is this super stylish, newly built and unused, 2013 Mercedes Sprinter 313cdi LWB camper van. With handmade solid timber construction, wooden flooring and hand cut timber trims and skirting, it is wonderful quality and great looking individual camper, ready for many family outdoor adventures.

It is berth camper with fixed full sized double bed accompanied by two 6ft fixed single bed pods at alternating levels.

Fixed shaped seating to the forward area with with hinged lids below the cushions give masses of deep storage space, along with the large storage area under the fixed double bed and clothes hanging rails, accessed from the rear, stowage space will not be an issue and of course being fixed beds, there's no need to stow the bedding in the daytimes, just make the beds and off you go.

The bespoke handmade kitchen unit houses the 12/240v fridge to the left cupboard, the right cupboard having plenty of space, drawer to the left, dummy drawer to the right and wonderful porcelain Belfast Sink to the centre with stylish microswitched tap above. Twin ring hob to the right side and handmade solid pine worktop with hand cut rolled edge.

To the front of the fixed full size double bed is the 240v heating giving plenty of heat and warming the van well even in winter when "on grid" above the double bed are the two single pods, each good 6ft long and with comfy mattresses.

Lighting is provided by low wattage led spots, one in each bed pod and four along the sides of the camper at roof height. To complement this there are smaller led spots at floor level and running up the steps to the single beds, the step tops, again handmade solid pine to match the worktop and table.

The electrical system is both 12 and 240v, with large leisure battery for the 12v, taking charge from both the vehicle engine via 140a split charge system and from the 240v hook up via an integral smart charger.

The camper exterior is finished in grey metallic with fixed left side window and opening right side window.

Mechanically the van is spot on and drives really well, has covered 104k miles, MOT 14 Oct 2020 and with service history

There are three seat belts fitted to the front seats and there are two seat belts fitted to the rear seats, making five belts in total
