Welcome to the sale of my motor home conversion.
Based on 55 plate LWB Renault Master minibus 5.9M long. Now registered as motor caravan which means the annual road tax is only £165 and insurance if far less than commercial van. DCi120 2463cc turbo Diesel engine. Played at 3900kg rather than the usual 3500kg class four standard mot as it is motor caravan on the log book. 
Fully insulated and lined with overhead lockers and cupboards multiple double power sockets with usb charging 240v and 12v lights with independent switches hook up cable.

Full converted with double bed at rear with brand new (May) made to measure foam mattress which goes over the top of services.
REAR RIGHT HAND SIDECompromising of 115Amp hour leisure battery, 12V interior fuse box and mains electric board with fully auto battery charger which can charge the leisure and vehicle battery via smart relay. Also has bypass switch to allow leisure battery to start the vehicle in case of emergency. Gas carver water heater and 23 litre grey waste water container. 
REAR CENTREComprising of 70L Fiamma on board water tank and electric pump. Access to tank large storage area which has spare carpet squares and two sets of thermal covers for the windscreen and two windows.
REAR LEFT SIDEComprising of gas bottle compartment completely with part full 13kg propane bottle, spare regulator for another bottle and insulating valves for appliances. Gas drop out vents inside compartments and door. 
MIDDLE LEFTMotorhome has three way 240V 12V and gas fridge, sink with drainer under storage draws, cold water inline filter, gas oven, grill and three ring hob. 
MIDDLE RIGHTWash room with sink, electric flush cassette toilet and shower tray. Is not converted to wet room but this could be done as the drain is plumbed into the drain outlets. 
Front of motor home has additional storage and twin captain swivel front seats. There are also two belted rear passenger seats with storage below.
There is tachometer and speed limiter fitted (60mph). looked at removing but have found 60mph pleasant driving speed around the great British countryside. 
Drives nice and has been serviced regularly. Had new clutch and slave cylinder, new timing belt and water pump, new front discs and pads, four bring new tyres in 2018. Brand new starter motor in May 2019. 
Always been reliable and we have traveled around the uk all summer adoring our home on wheels. Selling due to work commitments changing.
