Here have for sale 1970 AEC Plaxton Panorama Elite, Professionally converted motorhome finished in metallic silver and ral blue. speed manual gearbox, bulletproof 8.2 ah505 diesel engine with only 54,000 miles. The motorhome has done around 1000 miles in the past twelve years. Mot history shows its never failed mot. have all the old mots and tax discs in folder. The bus were owned by guy in Owestry for 20 years until bought it and previous to that it were owned by Sheffield F.C, pictures can be found online of it and also on the classic bus websites, you can even buy picture, just google the registration  number. Over the years it has changed its appearance quite few times, recently painted it metallic silver and blue using the old type coach enamel paint it was previously white, the colour change will have to be done when the new owner signs the logbook. On the inside over the winter summer ive fitted new kitchen worktop, tong and groove wood panelling around the seats and beds and fitted brand new grey carpet throughout. It has oak kitchen doors and oak wall panelling throughout, The end bedroom has fixed double wardrobe and draws, king size bed with brand new mattress still in the plastic cover, under the bed there is storage and overhead storage, mirror, lighting, plug sockets and tv ariel connection. The second bedroom has single bed and bunk bed, overhead storage, under bed storage, lighting, plug sockets etc. The bathroom wet room, toilet, shower, mirrored cabinet. The kitchen has ring gas hob, grill and oven, way fridge freezer, sink, hot water gas boiler, plenty of cuboards and draws for pots, pans, plates etc etc, clar gas fire built in, on from the kitchen you've got seating area and table that you can convert into sofa, storage underneath each seating section, long bench seat opposite with storage underneath. At the drivers seat theres control board switches for the extractor fans, fans, lights, its 24v system and also electric hook up. were going to hook up solar kit buy ive always used the electric hook up. id have thought 200watt system would be good enough to keep stuff going on here and there not fortune. there are big batteries on it and old spares. There are large water tanks, waste and fresh water that has gauge inside that shows the level. theres built in batter charger that you can charge the batteries when your hooked up. Everything in the bus has been thought through and built right, whoever built it were really good at his job, you've got to see it to believe it its not amateur job build like most you see, onto the outside again there are storage compartments alround it, gas storage compartment, access to your water tanks, spare wheels all have loads of tread and are like new  as are every wheel on it! the wheel trims are worth grand! absolutely massive boot with lighting theres actually lighting in every storage compartment and engine bay. its on air brakes and has airline built in incase you ever get flat tyre, the airline reaches every corner. ive probably missed load of stuff out can talk about it for hours, overall its mechanically sound no issues whatsoever to report, inside is dry as bone and good standard. There are couple of things to do but nothing major, some new curtains and seats re covering to bring it up to date, had quote of the guy on ebay and he showed some decent material and said it would be about £400 because its custom order and slightly different sizes than that he usually makes, fair enough price up to some but never got around to going back to his shop due to work... also started tinting the rear bedroom windows for bit of privacy, still have rolls of this left to finish it. theres oneside window needs fitting and has been board for the last 10 years, have the window but its still in owestry in barn, we couldn't get it when bought it, Im still in touch with the owner so it can be collected. its genuine reliable old bus and rare valued at £25000 10 years ago and the insurance valuation today is £30,000 with certificate, its only going up in value!  Genuine interest only, looking to buy narrowboat hence price at 10k below insurance valuation, am flexible on the price because need the space but be realistic! im not desperate for money! nationwide delivery available at the buyers cost phone for quote!
