Welcome to my listing for my Toyota HiAce campervan, these are the best vans you can get in terms of build quality and reliability. 
The HiAce is D4D version, which means it is turbo, it has nice smooth acceleration and good engine which recently benefitted from full Timing Belt Kit including water pump.
I bought this van because was looking for reliable van to turn into campervan, having already turned my other HiAce into one.  was hoping to start hiring more than one vehicle out, but that side of things did not work out so the sensible option is to keep just one and sell the other.  am keeping the older one which have an emotional attachment too and is way more old fashioned with fewer features, bit like myself!
Its proper, honest vehicle in very good condition, am happy for any inspection/test drive.  The engine and box run great, the exhaust and underside of the vehicle are really clean.  The only things that have needed replacing are the four shock absorbers, wishbone arms and couple of rubber bushes, this is normal for the mileage and means the big things have been taken care of for the new owner.  It runs solid, smooth and tight.
The front seats are made from better material than the older Hiaces which is more hard wearing, and cleaned it with my carpet cleaner upholstery attachment so its fresh and clean.
I converted it myself, properly.
The layout is designed so that one or two people have everything for basic camping to hand without any fuss, see many campers where you have to play kind of chess to get what you need, this is not like that, its really easy to use.
It has windows on both sides, the rear window has metal cover to keep the light out, and is safer than curtains because of the hob.  The opening window is on the sliding door.
Inside you have;
Dometic ethanol/methylated spirits double hob excellent bit of kit, gives clean and hot burn and is way safer than storing gas bottle on board, its convenient and you can buy methylated spirits in any DIY store.
12v tap with sink small sink fed by 12v tap, which has big 18 litre food safe water tank so you can drink the water as well as use it for washing up, brushing teeth etc.  Waste water goes into litre bottle.
Leisure Battery system Professionally fitted there is an 80ah battery which powers all the internal gadgets, this uses split charging system which charges the battery when the engine is running.  
Control Panel Shows charge of battery and has two USB points, also switches for three LED strips.
Table/kitchen Basic table which has the stove on top and underneath has all the normal kitchen utensils and essentials all laid and stored easily to hand.
L Shape seating/extendable bed shape seating has four hinged top entry cupboards so there is plenty of storage.  This is also the bed area which is extended into 190cm 124cm approximate bed using two wooden panels which slot into place in seconds (literally).   These are stored one in the gap behind drivers seat and seating area, and other on top of cupboard behind drivers seat which stores bedding.
Curtains Curtains for all the side windows on curtain wire top and bottom, side door has Velcro on on side to make it easier to open and close.
Insulation behind all the panels is dacron polyester and under the vinyl floor is tiling insulation boards.
Build This has been approved by the DVLA as motorhome, the build is very well constructed, with the furniture bolted to the sides of the van.  Some is screwed to the floor, BUT does not go through to the outside, they screw into 'false' floor which was put in for the seats to bolt onto when it was coach van.
MOT can get full MOT put on this included in the sale without any problem if the buyer wishes.
That's it, its very well laid out campervan, in very nice condition.  use this van as my daily vehicle, it runs great and is in very nice condition, there are no jobs that need doing.  It is genuine sale.
