Build completion August 2018
Thank you for looking at my one of kind Ultimate Stealth Camper Van!  Materials for this build was carefully selected specifically for the application of camper van.  When designing this camper, we wanted to build stealth camper like no other:
Zero use of cheap flamable fluffy acoustic carpet that serves no other purpose other than being easy for the builder to glue into place, instead we opted for a synthetic air mesh technical fabric, B1 fired rated, extremely tough and durable, impact resistant and with super sleek and modern look, while maintaining moisture resistance unlike natural fibres.
Zero wood (100% no wood).. every campervan we looked at prior to this build was full to the roof with wood, material that not only burns easily, heavy and promotes moisture ingress.. instead we opted for space frame construction using  VanTruck steel strut.  Not only fire-proof by its nature, but extremely strong and lightweight for similar structural build.
Insulation and cladding has been no expense spared choice of materials, with Fire-rated 10mm 3M Closed Cell foam insulation, 40mm Fire-rated Dacron and 10mm Foamed PVC PalRam Cladding provides the very best moisture, acoustic and thermal insulation possible in 60mm configuration.
We wanted something different from the typical camper self-build you see where the builder has an old ratchet strap at best securing Calor gas bottle under the seating, shared with couple of unsecured leisure batteries and spaghetti arrangement of cables.  For this reason, our build is 100% electric, no gas, and not only that.. but no switching over between site power and leisure batteries, we have smart solar inverter that provides single 230v power system for your every need, when you connect to site power, the inverter automatically switches over seamlessly.. and if drawing more power than the puny 16Amp site power hookup can provide, no problem at all.. the Smart Solar Inverter automatically switches back to Campers Phosphate Battery bank to provide enough power to *Probably jump start the Death Star*
Full size double bed.. One major bug bare for us when wanting to design camper was having to put away and makeup the bed morning and night.. so this build incorporates full standard size 4'6 double bed with 1/3 drop end that secures in place with two inertial reel check straps (AKA seatbelts) and when locked up into place providing an spacious upper cargo hold, the bed drop end is secured with 2x BMW Mini R62 Tailgate catches either side of the bed drop end, with one discretely placed BMW Mini bonnet pull lever as the release lever.  No need to take your double bed down and pack away your bedding every morning, just chuck your bags, clothes and towels on the bed and lock it up into place before your journey.
You're never more than an arms reach from socket, all sockets have 2x USB outlets which are all BG nexus black nickel and recessed into the PalRam and technical fabric.  This camper boasts 400W Ceramic panel heater, which is arguably too powerful for the space to be heated.. however, its slim panel and goes un-noticed yet provides ample heating and is thermostatically controlled.
Samsung 32" Smart TV installed with all HDMI, Ethernet and USB ports populated and cables routed to the upper and lower pockets for connection to peripherals.
Shower and Toilet.. yes, there is fully functional, electric flush Toilet and shower.  It may be tight spot to shower, but its functional and works well.  Hot water is provided by 15L immersion tank solely for the shower, so if you don't intend to use the shower, you don't need to waste precious energy heating that water tank.  Instant hot water is provided to the main kitchenette sink by means of instant heat hot water tap.
Electric Blue, Electric Roller Blinds.. at the click of button. :-)  Corner group seating arrangement with storage underneath, accessible from the front (see photos)
I welcome questions, so please do get in touch if you want to view or query the build specification.
Please note this is no expense spared build that is truly one of kind. As typical example of the build materials used, our Technical fabrics (Air Mesh) have basic costing of over £12.50 Sq/Mtr before preparation and stitching. Over £2,000 of PalRam installed to create fully insulated thermal and acoustic pod.£3000 of lithium phosphate batteries (LiFePO4), the safe and very expensive lithium batteries.. not the cheaper explody* type.2x 300W high efficiency Italian solar panels5000W Solar Sine wave inverter £900..the list goes on.
Will come with fresh full 12 months MOT
