I’m selling this lovely converted ex-Red Cross ambulance. 
I’ve had it since May 2015 and it had one previous owner who converted it to use for trips with his family, before that it was an ambulance so has been well looked after, as is with service vehicles. It’s never let me down, in my experience the engines in LT35s are fantastic, they just go and go, they’re very reliable. It’s been to Wales, Calais, Scotland, all over England to many festivals and adventures. am only selling now as have ended up with two and can’t afford to/ don’t need to run both. lived in it for while and found it absolutely great, will make someone perfect 2019 festival camper or to travel around Europe in… very adaptable. 
1994 VWLT35 with lots of character.

3.5 ton GVW so can be driven on normal car licence
3 seat belts in the front and in the back so can legally carry passengers

The body work has all been really well taken care of, have painted it myself from white to green and then green to beetroot “Spice of Life” Valspur specially mixed coach paint from Craftmaster paints with paint pad, each time sanded it back and I’m terrified of rust so at any first sign sand it out, knock it all out and fill with fibreglass, sand it back properly, treat it and then paint it. Just shy of spare cans of paint included.
Starts easily every time in warm weather, in winter there’s choke to allow more diesel into the engine (after letting glow plugs light up) great motor and will happily cruise at 50-60 and averages around 28 MPG. There are few minor bumps on the bodywork but over all it is in brilliant condition with no rust, as is the chassis. 


Inside....
Access from the cab to the back, so no need to get out to get into the back if the weather is bad. In the back, bench area around table which concertinas down into a lovely big bed that can sleep people easily. The seat cushions jigsaw into the mattress.
There are 150w solar panels on the roof that feed into the control panel for 70amp hour leisure battery, so loads of power to charge phones, lights etc. You could add another leisure battery or two to make the most out of the large solar system.
A Windy Smithy “Wendy” wood burner that keeps the whole van nice and toasty even on the coldest of nights. 
LED lights running and strip lights that run from the solar/ split relay main battery. 
Sink with draining board. Foot pump for the tap. 25l water tank. Welsh slate work surface.
Grill and hobs (one needs attention)
Masses of storage under the bed. There are kitchen cupboards under the gas grill and hob and more shelves/ cubbies under the work surface. There are push button close cupboards (so your possessions don’t fall out everywhere!) above on one side and shelf above the sink area on the other. There’s huge storage area/ space for kids mattress above the cab. had great time sticking velcro patches to all my possessions and sticking them to the ceiling to save space!
Specially made insulated window pads to keep heat in in the winter and sun out in the summer, they really do work and make massive difference and they are all in tact and included. The windows are tinted so people can't see in at all from the outside but let plenty of light in with lovely 360° view! At night you can have all lights on and with the window pads on and outsiders can't see in.
