Hi all. My wife has been given the all clear to fly again after battling lung cancer and currently winning!😁So the affectionately named "Dave" is for sale so we can bugger off abroad later in the year.

It's T4 Compass Navi 304 model. This model is only 5.38m long so it fits in car park spaces easily have photographic evidence 🤣, but its tardis inside. 
It's the 2.4d with 145k and runs dream, it won't take your breath away but it will get you anywhere.In my 10 month ownership it's had service, cambelt, refurbished injection pump, new injectors, new front bumper and new graphics. Passed the MOT in March 2019. have stack of old receipts, mot's, manuals and even the original handbooks and pdi certificate. have sets of keys. also have the fiamma bike rack for the rear. 
 Very original motorhome apart from the new graphics. The Old ones were chipped and faded so replaced with something preferred. Graphics are all metallic and look great in the flesh. It still has the original Navigator embroidered front mat and thermal blinds!
 Body work is good for 25 year old vehicle but of course does have the odd dink repair to the lower door. Please bare this in mind. No big scabby rust spots and it's shines up lovely and white. Cab has defo had blow over in the past.
 Everything works as it should both inside and out (bar the water level indicator.) Fridge, freezer, hob, heater, oven, grill, shower, toilet, taps, water boiler, lights, blinds, engine, gearbox, rear levelling legs etc etc etc .....it all works as it should whether it be gas, 12v or 240v or plain old mechanical. Has fresh and waste water tanks. Has lights for step and awning. It's even got original coat hooks! And of course fixed bottle opener 👍🍻 
Water boiler is amazing on either gas or hook up. 55 degree water in about 20 minutes. 
 Both beds are large and very comfy. Two adults is no problem in either. Will easily take family of and possibly even depending on child age. It has 4, 3point seatbelts in the back.
 Windows all have curtains, fly blinds and blackout blinds where they should. Comes with brand new kettle, crockery set, full gas bottles and cutlery set so just needs fuel, food and beer! 
It has theSwiveling passenger seat, radio, CD, aux and USB. 
The roof has shit loads of sealer on the seams. It may of leaked previously but I've had no issues. So left the sealer as is. If it's not broke....don't fix it.
