Hello and welcome to our vw t5 swb day van/camper van. This is the very popular 2.5 tdi model with 130bhp and the speed gearbox. bought this as standard van with just the rock and roll bed in the back, everything else has been done in the last years, by ourselves with no expense spared. We bought this because it was owner van with detailed service history and had been off the road for few years previous to us getting it. When we got it back we put new battery on it, did all the modifications, Mot'd it and the first trip out the oil light came on and it was rattling to say the least! It then sat there for another months in my garage until had the money to fix it!
The engine was removed and sent to specialist as they are gear driven and lot of people don't touch them. £3000 later had freshly built, brand new engine with New linersNew pistons and one new con rodNew oil pumpNew drive gearsNew camshaft and hydraulic tappetsNew big end bearingNew little end bearingsPolished crankFully re-built cylinder head inc valve stem seals and fully worked in valvesComplete head setNew stretch bolts.... think you get the idea. If it needed it, had it replaced as this was van for my wife, kids and myself to go out in and enjoy and wanted it right!
Ive done around 2000 miles in the van since all the work had been carried out and it doesn't miss beat and the only reason i'm selling it is because ive been offered black t5.1 sportline lwb and its that little bit bigger and its what i've always wanted. The engine came with 12 month warranty or 12000 miles so its still got around months/10000 miles left.  I have the receipt to verify this along with the complete service history and book packs.
Along with the engine work it has also had lot of other new parts fitted.Brand new stance adjustable coilovers. They drive really well, almost feels like its on standard springs and handles really well. Brand new black 20" t5 sport line alloys with 275/40/20 load rated tyresBrand new satin black side barsBrand new side windows. The drivers side is sliding window and the passenger side is solid piece, both with black tints from new.Full sized rock and roll bed with seat belts. To be honest this was one of the main reasons we went for the van as we could fit people in with no issues and be nice and safe.Leisure battery. This was fitted when we got it, haven't used it to be honest, we take generator with us as we normally camp at race tracks, the f1 or in the middle of field where hook up is not available. LED Spot lights in the roof with light switch behind the sliding door.Twin passenger swivel chair with under seat storageThe rear of the van has been completely carpeted, new roof lining, sound deadened, really well trimmed and has new 18mm wooden floor with the heavy duty slip resistant vinyl which looks brilliant.
This is tailgate model van without the rear window, like this because when you sleep in the back of the van its nice and dark, if thats not your choice its easy to have the glass fitted but thats personal preference. The van has parking sensors so its really easy to park even without the rear window. 
The body on the van is in brilliant condition, keep it well polished and its not showing and signs of corrosion. When we first got it we had the bumpers, mirrors, quarter trims and handles colour coded so it looked nice. We do have the sportline front splitter to be fitted but haven't had time to paint or fit it yet. If we get chance we'll do this but if not it will come with the van for the new owner. 
I could go on all day about the van. It drives perfectly, all the brakes, suspension, tyres are new, its goes well, returns about 600 miles to tank of diesel and is pleasure to drive.
I bet if added up the spend since buying this van we'd be up near £7000 with parts, labour etc. 
Ive probably missed bits but if theres anything you want to ask please feel free. The milage might go up little bit as still use it and i'm not getting my new van for weeks so i'm not in mad rush to part with it. run garage, you can view it there and we can put it up on the ramp for you to have really good look around it. have nothing to hide and welcome you to take look.
