LEYLAND DAF LF45 CHAIN LIFT
A solid work horse, having cylinder engine (5,880cc) means she pulls very well for 10 ton skip lorry and has ton payload. After many years of service we have took the reluctant decision to retire her to make way for newer replacement. Maintained to high standard being inspected/serviced every six weeks as per dvsa guide to maintaining road-worthiness .Large service history with the last inspection being 1/7/19 as now sorn awaiting sale it has little use since this inspection which shows 703425km on the clock. At this inspection new brake pads where fitted all round and new diff seal. On the previous inspection a new VJ fitted to the prop-shaft and n/s and o/s anti-roll bushes re-newed. As well as having new power steering pump fitted and new header tank. Plenty of history available to have look through. All tyres good with plenty of tread running on 265/70R17.5. The wagon benefits from good strong gear with extending arms and double chains, however the lifting rams will need re-sealing in the near future. Like say this wagon has been very good work horse so little shabby but still in good working order with very good engine and plenty of life left in her.
Analogue tacho with two year inspection due 24-4-2020 and the six year calibration due 24-4-24. MOT expires 30-11-19.
