Beautifully Restored Vintage 1962 Airstream Bambi The original Bambi’s were manufactured for three years only! 1961 – 1963. Because of its small size and rarity 1962 is very collectable and a true American Icon that willcontinue to appreciate as time passes.Meticulously restored back to original like new condition.Rebuilding most of its original systems and updating as needed.The overall length of just 16ft and dry weight of 1850lbs. It is very easy to tow even with smaller SUV and small enough to beallowed in National or State park Campgrounds.The Bambi features lounge type floor plan that is greatfor entertaining or just hanging out. It is very roomy for its size. Itcomfortably sleeps up to 3. The gaucho sofa converts into bed for adultsand the front dinette area converts into single bed. Very cute and functionalbathroom with shower, toilet with privacy curtain. Lots of upper lowerstorage space including wardrobe closets. All new upholstered cushions and double sided pinch pleatedcurtains. The interior built in cabinets and wood walls were completelyrefinished using custom mixed wood stain to match its original color and sealedwith amber shellac to create very durable gloss finish. All cabinet latchesand hinges were reconditioned, polished or re-chromed to original shine.  New battery, Updated 12v and 120v electrical systems. New 45amp. power converter. New trailer pin connecter and wiring. All new exteriorrunning lights. The propane systemhas been completely serviced from bow to stern and two 20 lbs. Aluminum propanetanks installed. Faucets, valve stems and drains have been rebuilt and are alloriginal! The main holding tank has been serviced and new 3" valveadded. New gallon electronic propane water heater installed. Large fresh waterholding tank along with sure flow on demand water pump. Beautifully restoredoriginal furnace and propane refrigerator/freezer.  
All interior light fixtures are original and have beenrestored, rebuilt and polished. Main Cabin lights are LED. Original Magic Chef stove was completely rebuilt includingnew porcelain, looks amazing.All new window glass!, New weather seals and windowscreens.  Mechanical window hardware hasbeen rebuilt, replaced and polished. (They are very smooth!) New 3/8” Vintage Maple hardwood floors were installed.   There are many upgrades not mentioned!! 
The Bambi wasprofessionally polished. These trailers are increasingly being bought and shippedoverseas making it evermore hard to find them in this condition.This is true American Icon and will appreciate as timepasses.
