Vintage 1965 Aristocrat Land Commander 16' travel trailer in very good original condition.  Good tires, double propane tanks, clear title and California registration until 6/2020.  This great vintage trailer sleeps 5-6 with dinette that makes into bed, an overhead bunk and pull out couch that also makes into bed.  It has an electric water pump, kitchen sink/faucet, gas stovetop and oven and refrigerator.  It also has flush toilet.  Inside and outside electrical works, water pump works, faucet works, stove and oven work and refrigerator works.  Toilet flushes however it needs new gasket and condition of waste tank is unknown.  Clean water tank is in good condition.  Refrigerator has propane and electric options.   All crank windows open and close securely.  There is one pane of glass in the front window above bunk that has crack but it does not leak.  Flooring is original linoleum which is worn and has cracks. Kitchen counter is some type of linoleum also and has small warped area in the corner.   Cushions need to be reupholstered but are useable.  There is an old mattress on the overhead bunk.  There is small piece of interior paneling above the door missing and few other areas where the paneling is either slightly damaged or loose.  Trailer has been stored, uncovered and outdoors and does not appear to have any leaks.   Roof vent needs to be replaced.   Exterior paint is faded and plastic Land Commander emblems are damaged.  Front awning is in good condition.  All of these issues sound worse than they are, it's actually in pretty decent shape and perfect candidate for some cosmetic rehab to bring it back to it's original glory!
**Trailer weighs 2050 lbs with hitch weight of 250 lbs.  Has electric trailer brakes which work.
