It is built on Ford 450 Super duty chassis with aTriton V-10 engine. *The Generator, slide, air conditioner, shower, hot water heater, heat, stove, refrigerator, plumbing, all critical components of the home are in full operational condition. *The awning extends and retracts with ease and is not torn. *Everything functions on the chassis part of the vehicle. *Cabin A/C is charged and freezing cold, blower motor and resistor are new.* Tires are new. Batteries are new. replaced the front hub/rotors, pads, wheel bearings and calipers. All fresh.*Undercarriage is solid front to back. This vehicle spent most of its life in Florida, then it ended up in Connecticut/Rhode Island according to Carfax report.Negatives: 1) there is some old water damage on the ceiling above the sofa as well as the drivers side bunk shown in photos. Personally would get gallon of Flex Seal and roller brush seal the roof and be done with it. If you wanted it completely repaired at dealer guess that would be up to you. Certainly section out those old antenna. Fair that disclose the item in my posting. 2) am on my way to the Blue Beacon Truck Wash in Tifton,Georgia and am noticing slight pull to the right so probably time for an alignment.Given the work that have done to the vehicle and the work that it needs here is where I'm at.... Folks, am done with low ballers, tire kickers, haggling and games so here's the drill.
