GVW is 14,0505 lbs. This has slide out topper awning and manual awning with good material. The wheels are 16" with chrome simulators and 70% good tread on the tires, dual rear wheels. The decals are in good shape overall has some minor flaking and fading as usual. The interior cab has tan leather seats with gray carpeting, power windows, power door locks, A/C, cruise, tilt power heated mirrors and CD player. The overhead bunk has the mattress and privacy curtain with curtains on the front and side windows and roof vent. Living room has gray carpeting on the trim and vinyl flooring wood look. The sofa is gray leather with cloth insert and has the matching dinette booth with drop table for sleeping. Overhead cabinets has etched mirror glass inserts, roof A/C and furnace. The kitchen has the sink and countertop with the burner stove/oven combo, microwave, TV mounted flat screen and Norcold refrigerator. valances and pull shades on side windows. The bathroom has the hallway shower with shower curtain and rod also has the full bath white door that opens as privacy to the living room area and has the toilet, vanity and mirror, mirror cabinet and roof vent and fan. The bedroom has the accordion style sliding door and gray carpeting, Tv stand corner with cable hookup, upper cabinet and windows with pull shades, also has the roof vent, there is no mattress.
