You are looking at 2007 Winnebago View 23B built on 2006 Sprinter chassis with 2.7L cylinder Mercedes Diesel Engine with automatic transmission.
The Winnebago View is sought after RV for its size and fuel economy.  Do your own research and see just how fuel efficient these little RV's are.  Drive them anywhere.  Their compact size will allow you to travel far and wide and big cities with small streets will be no problem.  Don't let the compact size fool you.  It will still sleep or more depending on size.  2+ on the overhead bunk, on the fold out couch, on the dinnette, in the bunks in the rear.  No space is left unused in this coach.  The designers took advantage of every inch of room.

Overall the coach is in good condition for the age and mileage.  Mechanically it is sound.  It starts right up (after allowing the glow plugs to cycle) and purrs like diesel should.  No check engine lights.  No leaks and no excessive smoke or odors from the engine.  The transmission shifts smoothly down the road and the coach has plenty of power to cruise at highway speeds.  The tires are near new with plenty of tread and lots of life left on them.  Steering is tight and it is pleasure to drive.
The exterior has few bumps and scrapes here and there as you would expect from an RV of 10 years old.  Take close look at the over 100 pictures to get clear understanding of the exterior.  The most notable scrape is previous repair (not professional) on the top of the driver side.  The repair is functional as it does not leak but it could use some work cosmetically.  However, due to the location of the repair on the top, you would really have to look for it or you might miss it.  We have had lot of rain the past month and it is solid with no leaks.  We did have small leak around the front skylight, we sealed it up and it is water tight now.  The previous leak around the skylight did some water damage to the headliner, we removed the headliner, replaced the wood and replaced the headliner in the front section about month ago.  It has held tight with no water leaks since then.  We water tested it and it has rained plenty since then.  The headliner in the front section over the bunk is not match (upholsterer could not find the same stuff) to the rest of the coach but there is two distinctly different levels of the roof line so it doesn't stick out or look bad, just different.  There are minor bumps to the exterior in few places, took close up pictures of all of the damage.  Overall it looks good and nothing to be embarrassed of, but if you are perfectionist you will want to fix few things.
The interior of the coach is in good condition for it's age.  It has new flooring throughout.  The upholstery is in good condition with some minor stains here and there but overall still usable.  The cabinets are solid and open and close fine.  The coach does show some age and use but it still has plenty of life left.  This is coach that people buy to use, the MPG is great and therefore people use these.  It still has lots of life left for family or retired couple wanting to see the country, traveling salesman, insurance adjuster, or band touring the country as well.  The uses for this coach never end.
Do your research.  These coaches bring over $50,000 all day long, when and if you can find one for sale..... WHY££   They are pretty rare, most people hold on to them and don't sell them.  Most people use them.  They love the MPG and cost effectiveness of driving this coach.  I feel my buy it now price is reasonable but will entertain realistic offers.  I am not really interested in any trades, therefore if you want to trade, you can bet that will get the best of the deal.
The plumbing has been checked and works fine.  It has had winterizer in it so it will need good flushing before use.
The refrigerator works great, however you will need some new shelves.
The tires are near new.
The steps and awning work great.
The batteries hold charge just fine.
The onan LP generator starts right up and sounds good.  Provides plenty of power for the coach.
The overhead coach ac blows ice cold.
The dash ac blows ice cold
The stereo speakers in the dash need to be replaced.
The exhaust fan in the bathroom needs to be replaced, it would not come on for me.
