Up for auction is LOW MILEAGE OWNER 2009 Damon Daybreak 35'6" Class Motorhome with FACTORY BUNK BEDS and Slide Outs with ONLY 18,522 Miles! It is on Ford F53 chassis with 6.8L Triton V10 Gas engine with automatic transmission. We purchased this unit from the original owner directly. This has one piece windshield, 19.5" wheels with chrome simulators- tires have good tread are original and are recent. The generator is an Onan Marquis Gold 5500 with Only 285 hours-runs and operates great. The cab has power heated mirrors, tilt, cruise, A/C, camera, dual cup holders, Ultra Level leveling jacks, Emerson front flatscreen TV, tan leather flexsteel front seats( flaking peeling top layer see pictures), tan chair cloth with seatbelt, Carrier Air roof A/C(dual roof A/C's) with remote controls. The living room has tan carpet in nice shape with tan leather sofa bed(some wear), accent pillows match the valances with day/night shades and the dinette booth which drops down for sleeping people. It has the vinyl flooring tile pattern in the kitchen hallway and bathroom. The kitchen has the countertop with sink, burner stove/oven combo, Dometic refrigerator and microwave, vent stem and hallway mounted tank monitors and master slide out switches and controls. There is sliding privacy door to the bunk house area and hallway to the bathroom. The bunk beds have mattresses, pillows, windows, dual power outlets and side wall mounted lights, also there is TV across on the wall and it has wrap around tan cloth privacy curtain. We rarely get this model in but we have had it before and customers really enjoy having the bunk beds for the kids. The bathroom has full door which is right by the bunk bed area across the hall. The bathroom has the porcelain toilet, vanity with sink, wall mirror, wallpaper border, cabinets, neo-angle shower with skylight and roof vent/fan. The bedroom has the solid sliding folding doors, bed with mattress and comforter/pillows, side night stand and opposite side closet with mirror door, reading lights, dual closets, drawers, TV, windows with valances and day/night shades. The exterior paint, body and decals are in great shape, there is only one maroon decal that has crack in the vinyl sticker. This has the slide out topper awnings and the main A&E awning which does have some minor flaking on the outside layer of material. Thsi is 50 amp service. Model: 3276.
