FOREST RIVER ROCKWOOD ULTRA LITE 831. This recent bank repo  has master state room fold down sofa and dinette and rear bunk room (with outer door)  can sleep up to 10 people comfortably  .  We plugged it in and all the electrical  things were in working order  refrigerator AC Dont know about the water system but nothing looked unusual
The interior as you can see by the pictures is clean and in good condition ,there is soft spot in the right front ceiling in master (does not appear to be leaking now) The rest of the interior looks great furniture carpets and cushions all in good shape
The outside of the RV also looks good as you can see by the pictures as well the graphics and rest of the exterior all in good shape.The right front has previous repair,and across the back is some delam but did not see any leaks related to that (see pictures and video)   The power awning works and  looks good,did not see any signs of any leaks 
Tires are in good shape (see pictures they are not new, but we pulled it about 100 miles  and handles well no problem
