This recent bank repo  with bathrooms and bunks  can sleep up to 10 people comfortably  .  We plugged it in and all the electrical  things were in working order  refrigerator AC Dont know about the water system but nothing looked unusual
The interior as you can see by the pictures is in fairly decent  condition ,did not see any leaks or soft spots in the floor. It is missing microwave and tv ,All of the slides are working .some cushions from the dinette are missing and the sofa cushions show  lot of wear (see pictures and video)
The outside of the RV also looks good as you can see by the pictures as well the graphics and rest of the exterior all in good shape.  The power awning works and  looks good,did not see any signs of any leaks 
Tires are in good shape (see pictures they are not new, but we pulled it about 100 miles  and handles well no problem
