Curt Hitch and Brake Controller are installed for hauling vehicles or trailers.Plentyof Overhead and Underfloor Storage AreasThe roof is in immaculate condition.Wehave professional mechanic go over it annually and change the oil more oftenthan required. It is very well taken care of.  We stored this unit heated in the winter and air-conditioned in the summer.The only issues are that one of the smaller exterior storage boxes gets damp and the right rear hubcap has dent.  Mechanically and functionally this is gem.Ifyou have any questions, will gladly answer them.  Also, if you would like to visit and see the RV you are welcome to do so.
