A lot of upgrades (with documentation and receipts) went into this RV travel trailer. Inherited from relative in CA who never used it. It's only use was transporting from CA to WA for storage. Upgraded air vents, bike racks, pumps, organizers, storage cabinets, electrical, and upgraded to higher capacity tires, plus much more. 

Comes with all accessories and tools needed for great time on the road or parked in scenic campsite.  Trailer has Air Conditioning, furnace, water heater, and satellite for radio/tv ready for summer or winter vacations.   

The trailer has slide out dining area, surround sound stereo, large LCD TV, twin sized bunk beds, one queen size bed, double bed, and many more extras.
