“Truck is in excellent shape for the age. Low miles. Mechanically sound with thousands of dollars spent on new parts recently. The body is in good shape, does show signs of use, but no major flaws. The front bumper is bent due to small deer hit. Aluminum bed is in good shape with minor scratches. The interior is also in good shape, seat has been covered as long as I have owned it and only has fabric worn thru right on driver's side edge. Motor is clean and runs excellent.”
1993 GMC Topkick Rollback Wrecker. Selling my 1993 GMC Rollback. The truck has been very well cared for and has spent most of it's life since purchased it, driving at 60 mph on two lane black top. Very little in town driving. regularly wash and grease it and twice year paint the frame with heavy duty black paint. Have not done it yet this year so the condition of the frame can be easily seen, it is very solid. This truck has never let me down or been over loaded in its years of service for me.All tires have been replaced in the last year and are in great shape.I had an axle seal done while tires were done, also did axle bearingClutch has approx. 25k miles on it along with parking brake.Several new hoses.Just had the entire hydraulic valve block replaced along with all the lever linkage, this was well over $2k.Had hydraulic system completely flushed at that time.The mounting plate for the valve block was also beefed up because they were weak spot.Truck needs nothing to go to work. The Caterpillar 3116 power plant starts right up and runs with no smoke. Never needed any oil between changes and has been run with additive since bought it. Both fuel tanks also work fine. 6 speed transmission works as it should. Interior nice for 93. The power window, power locks, and stereo all work as they should. I looked for this truck for long time and am only selling because I'm relocating. had to hunt for long time to find truck with this mileage and that is this reliable.
