For Sale: 60’s/70’s 13Ft Caravan – ‘Charlie’It has come time to part with our much loved caravan‘Charlie’. We have had Charlie for years and he is just not big enough forour family any more. Some details:-         Refitted interior (90% complete) with the following:o  Front Single Bed with storage underneatho  Kitchen bench w/ sink open storageunderneatho  Bookcase style storage (4 shelves)o  Full size queen bed in rear with storageunderneath – storage is the full size of the bedo  90% as there is no edge stripping/finishingtouches-         LED interior lights (white) exterior striplight (coloured)-         Front Tack box for extra storage-         LED tail lights clearance lamps-         12V water pump plumbed to sink, front tap ontack box coiled hose (hidden in access hatch behind door)-         Switch panel by door with 12V USB ports.Fuse box located behind switch panel-         Bottom 1/3 of main frame on both sides wasreplaced with new hardwood when the interior was done. There is now no wood rotin the frame.-         There is no 240V throughout the van, only asmall invertor which we use to run our baby monitor.The following is pending final sale price-         2x 105Ah AGM Batteries-         20A 240V Charger-         240V Invertor It has recently been discovered that there are still minorleaks in the van. Both of these only occur when you are driving in wetconditions. The van has been stored in the rain and these same spots have notleaked. They are at the front window (needs new seal) and the roof hatch(needs some silastic)
