Selling my camper trailer which has been my Bathurst races accommodation for years, sitting on 1991 ATA 7x4 Gal box trailer am assuming the camper is the same age, easy to set up without the annex you have 2.2mt 5mt room with heavy duty floor including the bed which is 1.5mt 2mt with near new 150mm Clark rubber mattress, the annex adds another room 1.7mt 5mt all with plenty of windows for ventilation and non see through mesh, the canvas is in great condition for the age of the camper does not leak but there are couple of holes as shown in the pictures that still have the repair patches put on by the previous owner and canvas could do with clean but never worried about it, trailer has new wheel bearings, rego until Feb 2020, spare wheel and gas bottle carrier with bottle included. There in plenty of storage in the trailer plus homemade slide out kitchen which was built for an Jackaroo stove/oven which is not included in the sale but will include gas stove with the camper.The added bonus is by undoing screws and lifting the camper off you have 7x4 box trailer.                 Pease ask questions, it is advertised elsewhere and pickup only from Minchinbury
