This trailer has excellent bones. The frame is reinforced. It has newer plumbing, tires, refrigerator. The layout is full forward kitchen with microwave, stove and newer apartment size refrigerator. The back of the trailer is full bath with tub and shower combination. It has good a/c and furnace system as well. purchased this trailer few years back. But, no longer need it so the reduced price is just what am asking. At the time was loosing my home and thought this would be my residence. took out the flooring and planned to revamp the interior for my family's needs. Then got job and was able to save my home. The trailer just sits and no longer need it nor have the desire to finish the interior. have all the materials to complete for anyone interested. [New mattresses, flooring, lighting, crown molding, cherry-wood stain for cabinets, etc.] But, anyone who is handy can redo the interior to their own specifications for only few hundred dollars to make it what they desire as well. Thus, the reason for the excellent price. have many pictures possible to send you to get an excellent view of the great condition of this trailer. The floor was painted so the floor looks good in the pictures. was planning on putting down cherry wood flooring. Originally the floor was linoleum. The previous owner put paneling up on the walls. did not like it so stripped it out. What the pictures show is the glue that remained. One can strip this off with lots of time and effort and then paint, or can go to the home improvement stores and put up other paneling or bead board of choice ---Or thick wallpaper, even certain stick on carpet would be ideal for looks and better insulation. The bedding area has been re-framed for two new twin beds (also available), with the top bunk able to move up to allow for additional seating. There is couch that also coverts to double bed, and new toilet that was removed for remodel and not in the pictures. The outside of the trailer looks good. showed the defects in the pictures attached. It wouldn't take much to make this great -like new- trailer delight. The frame is heavy duty and capable of use for building small home. Either restore to like new or rebuild custom mobile home. This unit has much to offer and is GREAT opportunity.
