1997 Jayco condition: excellent fuel: gas size dimensions: 25' transmission: automatic Sleeps 6. This unit is very clean, everything works. No leaks, has insulating pads in the roof vents. The awning is in great shape, no rips, good tires, good spare with new cover, the A/C has ducts front to back. New break away switch. Couch and table converts into full size beds, it has nice clean carpet, no pets, no smokers, must see to appreciate well cared for unit. Will throw in fifth wheel hitch that has never been used, including mounting bars with new bolts and brackets.
