this unit has damage in the front due to truck driving into it, very fixable, one slide needs adjusted or fixed ,interior is very nice no wear at all, good tires, 10 ft garage, title says flood, water but it was in that front area that was damaged not inside the unit, its pre wired for generator, pulls very good down the road, come look you will not be disappointed this is great deal, great for camping and hunting, just put wheelers in back and go, has fridge stove, micro wave, delivery available@ $2 per mile....can be seen at bakers towing 2318 &c blvd naples fl 34109 THIS IS NICE UNIT....
