All mechanical, electrical, plumbing in good working condition.  Ready to camp 
We purchased this unit from the insurance auction, it carries salvage title which we have in hand.  Was listed as hail damage, but we cant find any evidence of damage that is visible. Roof in good condition with no leaks as well. Our intent is to describe in as much detail as possible through description,specs and 24 pics the unit.  It does not include the propane tanks or the battery.  

The main features of this unit are the ability to sleep comfortably, light enough to pull with 1/2 ton truck, several additions including surround sound and of course the price. We believe our units are the best value on eBay,  no reserve with buy it now option. Open to all offers. in the event you find better value on unit in similar shape then by all means buy it.  It does carry salvage title that can be transferred, issued rebuilt title and registered in all 50 states
The exterior is in overall good condition. There is some delamination of the decals as you would expect on an 09 model. The covering on the awning may need to be replaced, not the main fabric but the protective covering.  One of the awning arms is bent on the bottom. This is the smaller arm and not the large extension arm. The tires appear to be in almost new condition with over 80 percent tread as shown in the pics.
The interior is very clean and in very good condition. This unit has super slide out and sleeps with double bunks in the back. All mechanical,electrical, and hvac are in good working condition.  We removed the mattress in the master, just needs new one.   Included but not shown in the pics is 25" lcd hdtv.
