Free Shipping with BUY IT NOW Only.  This camper is being sold with no reserve price.  Whatever it bids up to, that's the price the buyer will win it for!  This is not being sold by dealer but by an individual.Camper is not available for pickup until 17 April 2017.  Before we get into what have, let me explain why I'm selling such new camper so soon.  I am Soldier that was stationed overseas and was supposed to retire, from the Army, from my overseas location. The Army determined needed shoulder surgery, so it was then decided that would be brought back to Fort Campbell, Ky to get the surgery and all followup physical therapy care, and would then be able to retire. My family and had already purchased our new home (in anticipation of retiring from overseas).  So, instead of having my family move with me to Fort Campbell, for only few months, and then have to move again (uprooting the kids from school), bought this camper to live in for the short time would be at Fort Campbell and while was waiting to retire after surgery. This camper still smells like new camper inside and there are no known problems. stay in the camper during the week and travel home on weekends.  While this camper is still LIKE NEW, understand it is still used camper so am selling it with no warranty, and as is. This camper is one of the last 2014 models built for the '14 model year, but wasn't purchased from dealer until 2015.  These campers sell new for nearly $30,000.00. This is your opportunity to get it for drastic discount. have no intention of using this camper after my retirement so have no desire to keep it. We purchased our new home at our "vacation destination" in the mountains of East Tennessee, so we don't need camper!I have lived in this camper all winter.  The underbelly of the camper is enclosed and the plumbing runs along the heater ductwork in the underbelly of the camper so it's all heated and safe under there.  (I could actually feel the floor was warm in certain areas during the cold nights so knew everything was safe under there).  I never had problem with any pipes freezing or anything like that.  As an extra precaution would let the water drip on hard freeze nights, but was always warm and cozy.  The auto lighting propane central furnace is amazing in this camper.  The fireplace is electric and it really puts out nicely also!I do have clear title in hand and the camper will be available for transfer over to your possession on the weekend of 17 April 2017. am going to be staying in the camper until then.  feel like the opening bid price of this camper is more than fair price.  As previously stated, this camper was almost $30,000 when new and am absorbing the depreciation so you won't have to. If you have questions or need more pictures of something in particular, please email me using the "ask seller question" and will reply promptly. Camper is located in Clarksville, Tn 37042.  Opening bid is $18,000.00.  However, if you use the "buy it now" option and can wait until AT LEAST 18 April 2017, will personally deliver the camper to you for no extra charge to anywhere in the Continental United States (lower 48).  If am going to deliver this camper to you, then you must complete 100% payment prior to my departure.  I am not willing to drive the camper to your destination and have the risk of non-payment.  (Hopefully you understand.)  By bidding/buying you are agreeing to these terms.  Camper is also listed for sale locally so reserve the right to cancel the listing if the camper sells.  Let me repeat, cannot depart to bring you the camper until at least 18 April 2017.  However, if you win this listing and you are willing to come pick up the camper or pay for it to be shipped to you then please feel free.  However, please understand CANNOT RELEASE THE CAMPER TO YOU OR YOUR SHIPPER UNTIL 17 APRIL 2017.  am using it until then.  Once retire from the Army, will be bringing the camper back to the Gatlinburg, TN area.  If you live ALONG MY ROUTE between Clarksville, TN and Gatlinburg, TN (pretty much you live along I-40 East) then contact me and perhaps we can work out something where I bring the camper to you (after 17 April) on my way home.  If this is the case, in your situation, and we work it out ahead of time (before the end of the listing) then, of course would be willing to drop it off to you for no additional charge.  This is assuming you are right off the interstate.  Please don't try to say you are just off of I-40 but you're really 40+ miles off of the interstate.  Either way, let me know if this is your situation and I'm sure we can work something out.
