I bought this camper from an auction of dealer that they said went out of business. 
The camper comes with bill of sale only and can not be titled because the insurance company/auction did not give title.So it needs to be sold to someone that will park it at hunting camp, fishing camp, at your land for you or relatives etc. It can be taken on the roads between destinations, you would just show police man the bill of sale if you were to get pulled over for speeding etc and they asked for proof of ownership you would just show bill of sale...
A few things wrong with the camper, one slide motor does not work, it broke and found it on ebay for $150. The one motor have that works will open both slides though. The slides are open now to view it and whoever buys it can close both slides in front of you with same motor. 
Inside it has tiny swollen boards that are just decorative interior trim pieces. It has few tiny scratches in the camper on the wood but nothing too noticeable. couch has worn spot and cant tell what happened but have the fabric match and near bathroom 1x1 foot area has soft spot in floor but new real wood floor is laid on top of the entire camper but that one piece can come up and relaid with new tint piece plywood under it. An easy $100 fix.
The lay out is in front is bed room with double/full bed and cabinets on both sides of the bed and night stand on both sides of the bed and shelves above the bed and cabinets on both sides of the bed.
There is wall that divides this room from the rest of the camper. Next to the bed room is shelf cabinet area for big screen TV and stereo with CD is there now. 
Then is the stove, fridge, sink area accross from the dining table and couch. Both dining table and couch make to bed that sleeps two. Then you have the restroom with shower, toilet and sink. Past that is set of bunk beds on one side and bunk bed on other top and below the other bunk bed is TV area and shelves. EVERYTHING works. cold AV roof units, COLD refrigerator and freezer, all interior and exterior lights, electric awning out front door, water, toilets, sinks, shower etc. ONLY thing could not get to work was $99 wall mounted stereo. One of my guys had it on but can not figure out ow to turn it on now that he is not around. 
Two doors inside the camper are missing but am sure for $200 you can replace them. They are the door for the bathroom and one for the bedroom, if it is just you and your wife or you and your girlfriend etc you would not even need them..The camper is LOADED with EVERY possible option and has slides and is 34 feet long. An easy camper to pull on bumper of truck. 
I was told there is way to get good title that you can register but do not know how. If did the sales price would be $25,000 and not $12,900 cash...Lots of dealers have been selling these BILL OF SALE only campers so it is perfectly legal and you will get bill of sale as well just as the dealers give..Dads campers in Picayune Ms is one of them..Call and ask about there bill of sale only campers if they even have any left but the sales dept will know about the ones they sold..like 500 of them..Dads, 601 799-1540..
The camper is in Gulfport Ms at I-10 and Canal road area..
