We are selling our first much loved and well cared for Lunar Roadstar 786 MH as we have agreed to purchase smaller MH now our children no longer holiday with us. 
We have agreed to trade in value for our Lunar with agreement to pay cash rather than trade in our MH. This is the ONLY reason the MH is price cheaper than you would expect. Quite simply we would like to make a litte extra on our deal and in exchange you, the buyer, saves approximately £3000.00 on great value MH.    
This Lunar Roadstar 786 has remapped 160 bhp 2.8jtd engine, 18000 miles, 3850kg, Berths, green trim, front sideways facing lounge seating for people, removable carpets, canopy awning, electric step, tow bar, electric windows, electric mirrors, power steering, immobiliser, Gemini Alarm system, sets of vehicle/alarm keys, CD player, sky light, gas hob, grill, oven, fridge freezer, water heater, blown air heating, gas/electric fire, TV aerial, cassette toilet with separate flush, shower, mains electric, blinds, fly screens, swivel front seats, offside french bed, over cab double bed, lounge makes up third double bed, Faimma security lock (only one key), electronic safe (only one key), huge rear bathroom, 100w solar panel, Faimma carry bike for cycles (60 kgs max weight) and storage under the entire vehicle. 
In addition I had the leisure battery professionally moved to under the offside lounge seat, where there is easier access, and had fitted USB sockets and additional 12V sockets in the bench seating. I also had both rear light units replaced 18 months ago.
Habitation check completed July 2019 no damp, all appliances working correctly and the regulator and gas hose were replaced.  
The MH has FSH with MOT that expires Oct 2020. Cam belt, tensioners and water pump replaced Oct 2018. 
This is large vehicle at 7.9m long and 2.2m wide. 
The one fault with the vehicle is it could do with bonnet re-spray and nearside wing has small piece of paint missing. The Fiat paint has started to flake on the bonnet and the wing was damaged by piece of gaffer tape left on the vehicle. We have lived with it but you may want respray estimated cost £500.
We have invoices for all work undertaken during our years of ownership.

Update 12/11/2019 following question received about mileage etc which hasn' uploaded:
We bought the MH Oct 2014 with the then mileage of 8524. Every mile since then is genuine for our period of ownership and have MOT certs as verification. Our first MOT shows some mileage history the earliest being 7363 miles on 17/03/2012. However the DVLA website has earlier details starting with 4373 miles on 13/03/2009. There will be no bidding war as am willing to accept offers on the vehicle decent offer will be automatically accepted. If it does not sell then have guaranteed part ex offer. Like the advert says will be insisting any bidder has feedback rate of over 100 otherwise am not going to entertain their bid. Payment only accepted via bank transfer.
Update 19/11/2019 following question received.
The engine tuning/remapping was done by Quantum Tuning 10/12/2013. Now 160bhp.
