Super value, the generator alone is £12,000 new and has only clocked 280 hours use. The dental equipment has good second hand value and is all functional, we estimate less than 400 people would have been treated going by the generator hours.
There is Ratcliffe hydraulic levelling system, Ratcliffe disabled lift. Has full power installation with mains or generator switch. there is roof mounted air conditioning unit, water storage and waste tanks, hot water heater and in its present format two hand sinks. Jun air compressor (£2000 new) 12v and 240v lighting. Digital tacho is fitted and the vehicle started first turn with jump battery as all the batteries are needing either replacement or charging. The van was driven 350 miles when collected with no issues.
So to summarise the good and bad :
Excellent order with high specification equipment fitted with very little use.
Batteries need charging or replacingService and MOT dueSlight water leak on roof light (needs resealing)small nick on dental chair fabric.
