Lovely cosy and comfortable Motorhome for sale. travelling seats with point seat belts all forward facing. Additional rear facing seats without seat belts. Peugeot Boxer 2.5 chassis cab. MOT June 2020. Length 6m. Width 2.3m. Height 3m. Compact easier to manoeuvre and park. 

The motorhome is compact and well designed with plenty of room and storage space. The living area provides for up to people to be seated not including the drivers/passenger seats. 

5 berth centre living/dining area converts to double bed, long side seat is single bed or create large kingsize+ bed using the whole seating area. Double bed above cab with pull up safety net across the front and windows at each side ideal extra storage space when not being used as bed. 

End kitchen burner gas hob, separate grill and oven. Fridge with freezer box, covered sink with drainer, various cupboards. Additional pull out work top. Window with blackout blind and flyscreen. 

Shower room with window blind, electric flush cassette toilet, washhand basin, plenty of cupboards and mirrors. 

Gas fire. Wardrobe with light. Lockable cupboard for valuables. 

Laminate flooring / fitted carpets in living area, carpets in cab. Plenty of high level cupboards and storage under seats. 

Roof vents. Multispeed roof fan with reverse function (not checked if that works yet).

Negatives:Front seats have covers which are fraying now so could do with new covers at some point
One of the strip lights isn't working but could be bulb so haven't had time to check if that is the case yet will try to update advert if can replace the bulb.
But overall in good condition for it's age and smells nice. Engine is very smooth and no weird noises or knocking.
It's very low mileage as my mum barely used it in last years after my Dad passed away but she will be able to come along and demo all the appliances working for the winning bidder or answer questions on phone if you're not familiar with that sort of Motorhome.
One last thing, she also tells me the fridge works from 240 volts when on site (will supply 10-15 metre cable for hookup), and also can be powered from the gas bottle but she's not sure if it works off the 12 volt batteries when on the move... there is second battery but cannot vouch for it's condition as van has only been driven 100 miles in past months. Might need charge. The main battery is definitely fine as i've started van lots of times with no trouble and replaced it few years ago.

Peugeot Boxer 2.5 On 22-Sep-19 at 15:14:34 BST, seller added the following information:Updates (22/09):All spot lights work fine. There are strip lights and they do not work but not sure if it's bulb or fuse or something else so that would need attention by new owner.
Also not convinced the ceiling fan works currently although it's also skylight which can be opened for ventilation and second skylight vent is further down the van.
I checked taps in kitchen sink, bathroom work ok (and pump) but the kitchen tap drips water around the seal so might need new washer.
I've checked when the gas is turned on, all cooker hob burners, grill and oven work well. Haven't been able to test the Carver gas heater as will need to find manual to learn how to turn it on. 
I've checked the van electrics all worked when run off the main battery and also when the van is plugged in via the mains hookup but the third option is the 2nd battery (the Leisure battery) and think that is currently flat so might need replacing or just recharging will supply good halfords charger with the van for your to recharge it or just handy to have if you need to keep the main battery topped up when van is not used for long periods of time).  
Also can throw in big van cover which fits that type of motorhome
Finally I've had lots of emails from about dozen people about Service history so ...
In terms of service history... I've got everything my mum gave me, almost all MOT certificates since 2006 including advisories with exception of 2013 plus some MOT certificates only back from 2003-2006, and can seen the odd receipt for work done like new alternator in 2010 and new horn before then. Also something called new Cross member was fitted in 2006 whatever that is. Cannot see any receipt for Cambelt but from mileage point of view, it's too soon but not sure from number of years point of view, it might need doing regardless of mileage. 
From looking at the mileages on MOT certificates, looks like it's done approx 10,000 since my mum/dad stopped using it in 2011 (when he passed away) so it hasn't just sat still on driveway as my cousin also an aunt/uncle borrowed it to go on trips in the UK and to Europe couple of times but it's not been used much in past years hence selling it. I've only done 100 miles in past few months just to charge the battery up. 
On 23-Sep-19 at 15:38:13 BST, seller added the following information:Another update (23/09):Managed to test that the Carver gas heater works ok too and makes van nice and toasty (I looked in the manual and realise you have to turn on switch first on the Zig control panel before you turn the dial on the gas heater). Also do have the original manual for the motorhome which is quite handy as contains procedures for what to do to get the motorhome ready for winter/storage should you need it.
