Unfortunately it is too high for the car park at my new apartment so have very reluctantly decided to sell it. 
It is an original conversion by Yokohama Motor Sales. In my opinion it’s the best purpose built Campervan design of it’s era. The front set of rear seats can easily be turned around to face backwards and there’s table that then fits in to socket on the floor so that you have dining table you can fit five people round. The seats also fold down flat in to double bed. There is also bed that slides out in the roof but I’ve never used it it would be suited to children or one small adult. 
The van is in very good mechanical condition and has very little rust on it. You can see it’s been under sealed at some point in its life (I suspect when it was first imported) which has done really good job of preserving it. would encourage you to look at the MOT history to see for yourself. 
The van is LEZ compliant which is must for living in London. 
I have mattress topper that’s the perfect size for the bed, camping table, camping chairs, kitchen utensils, pans, etc that will  include in the sale for any buyer who pays the full asking price.
